Accounts and documents

Where do I find my K-1?

Open Documents and select Tax documents. Choose the investment account, investment and tax year, then Apply filters. You can preview or download a PDF. A revised K-1 replaces the previous version in your current document list.

I have more than one investment account

Open the profile menu at the top of the portal to choose a legal investment account or All Profiles. Manage Profiles lists the accounts assigned to your login. An investment account may represent an individual, trust or entity.

Manage Profiles →
An investment or document is missing

Check the selected investment account, then clear the document filters. Historical investments remain available in My Portfolio. If a record is still missing, contact PHILLIPS with the investment name and document year. Account ownership and access changes require staff review.

Can I download several documents?

Select documents in the library, then choose Download selected. You can download up to 20 PDFs together as a ZIP organized by investment, account and year.
